<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for manufacturing a terminal assembly in which workability is enhanced while suppressing cost increase. <P>SOLUTION: As a component for connecting the pigtail 29a of a low speed driving brush 29, a choke coil 47 and a first terminal 49, respectively, the first terminal 49 is provided with a connecting piece 64 and a terminal member 61 having a connector 48 (caulking part 62) formed integrally with the first terminal 49 (terminal body 63) is employed.
