<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramics musical instrument material and a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: Using a molding method or an injection integral molding method or a carving formation method or a mixed method thereof, a musical instrument material, selected from at least one kind of a light metal or a light metal alloy, is pre-molded into a musical instrument base material; thereafter, this pre-molded musical instrument base material and an auxiliary electrode are placed in a liquid environment, and a potential difference is applied between the musical instrument base material and the auxiliary electrode, to generate arc discharge on the surface of the musical instrument base material and to generate plasma by vaporizing and ionizing the electrolytic solution with the released energy; and thus, the oxide film of a ceramic material is formed on the surface of the musical instrument base material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
