PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell powered vehicle in which fuel can be easily filled according to the joining part of a grounding member, and the grounding member can be provided without affecting the appearance because a vehicle body panel is covered by a resin member. SOLUTION: In the fuel cell powered vehicle with a fuel tank filled with fuel gas mounted on a vehicle body, a grounding member to engage a clip having a grounding wire connected to a grounding electrode therewith is mounted on a vehicle body panel at a rear part of the vehicle body, the grounding member is covered by a resin member mounted on the vehicle body panel, and a hole in which the clip is inserted is formed in a vicinity of a swollen part of the resin member.
