PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cut-off member for an expansion gap capable of cutting off water in the expansion gap of a wide web exceeding one meter without increasing cost. SOLUTION: In this water cut-off member for the expansion gap constituted by piling up, bonding, and integrating a protection layer 1 on an upper side, a water cut-off material layer 2 in an intermediate section, and a support material layer 3 on a lower side in this order, end column members 30, 31 and a middle column member 32 are constituted by a member causing no change of volume and are arranged at both ends in the direction of width of the expansion gap in the support material layer 2 and between the end column members 30 and 31, respectively. At least upper end part of the middle column member 32 is constituted by a member having a water cut-off function. The water cut-off material layer 2 is constituted by a plurality of elastomer sheets 20, 21 arranged in the direction of width of the expansion gap.
