PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a columnar short fiber-containing rubber molded product, which is reduced in the fluctuations of a spring constant and also extremely reduced in the fluctuations of the strain to the load in an expansion and contraction direction by highly orienting short fibers at an angle of 80°or above with respect to an axial direction, with high precision and high efficiency. SOLUTION: A short fiber-containing unvulcanized rubber piece 6 having a trapezoidal cross section and oriented in a definite direction is extruded from the slit part 5 provided to the tip of the nozzle 4 connected to an extruder 1. The extruded short fiber-containing unvulacnized rubber piece 6 is laminated on a receiving member 9 in the concentrically circular state centering around the axial center (a) of an extrusion screw 2 or the axial center (b) deflected by predetermined quantity with respect to the axial center (a) to mold a columnar short fiber-containing unvulcanized rubber body 6 and this columnar short fiber-containing unvulcanized rubber body 6 is vulcanized in a mold to manufacture a rubber product having a predetermined shape.
