PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible that a user interrupts an unexpected output of push information by the user's will or accesses for outputting interrupted push information at the time when the user wants. SOLUTION: A control part 104 of a terminal device 1 stops outputting of push information to a monitor device 106 if the user requests to interrupt the output of the push information while receiving the push information from the outside and outputting the information, and at the same time the control part 104 stores the outputting push information in a memory 105 so as to be able to output the stored information from the memory 105 to the monitor device 106 again, when it receives a request from the user to re-output the push information.
