ROLL-CLEANING DEVICE IN PAPER MAKING PLANT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll-cleaning device in paper making plants prohibiting undesirable movements, such as allowing possibility for adjusting rotation of a bearing journal associated with an actuation lever according to technical requirement and so forth, or with no relation to the possibility. SOLUTION: The roll-cleaning device in a paper making plant has a doctor blade allotted to the surface of a roll. The doctor blade is attached to the roll by two bearing journals arranged in parallel to the axis of the roll to be scrapingly moved in relation to the roll. The actuation lever for scrapingly moving the doctor blade is fixed to at least one of the bearing journals. The bearing journal and the actuation lever mutually form relative latch elements. Therefore, the bearing journal and the actuation lever can be mutually connected at different positions with locking the shapes. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
