PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital filter inspection device which raises adjustment of software verification and hardware verification of a digital filter, makes easy discovery of performance degradation caused by quantization error, overflow or the like, and reduces cost for the verification. SOLUTION: A terminal device (17) generates test signals for a digital filter circuit (12), operates the digital filter circuit, and selectively observes the internal signal or the like. Moreover, in order to absorb difference of operation speed of the terminal device and the digital filter circuit, memories (14, 15) and a memory controller (16) are prepared, a test signal is written synchronizing with the terminal device at the time of "test signal write mode", reads out the test signal synchronizing with the digital filter circuit and writes the internal signal at the time of "test execution mode", and reads out the internal signal synchronizing with the terminal device at the time of "internal signal read mode".
