PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic maintaining moistness of skin, preventing skin trouble, conditioning the skin texture and ameliorating the skin into that of good makeup adhesion. SOLUTION: The cosmetic is obtained by formulating a fermented substance of a marine yeast (a yeast of the genus Saccharomyces) positively and effectively acting on the purpose.
