PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect interlaminer deviation between layers for a base-isolated building provided with an elevator shaft. SOLUTION: The first and second respective layer detectors 20A, 20B detect the existence of the interlaminer deviation between the respective layers of the base-isolated building provided with the elevator shaft 10 and detect the existence of the deviation between the respective layers at non-contact by combination of respective permanent magnets 21a, 21b and respective lead switches 22a, 22b. Further, the respective lead switches 22a, 22b are opposed to the respective permanent magnets 21a, 21b and are provided in a magnetization direction of the respective permanent magnets 21a, 21b.
