PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch and a transmitter which are easily arranged inside a mouth and do not impose physical burden on a person to be fixed. SOLUTION: A transmitting part is stored in a mouthpiece or an Si rubber-based cover 330 having a shape similar to a fingerstall, and fitted to a human body by covering a tooth T with the cover 330. The cover 330 includes a surface guard 331a and a rear surface cover 331b, so as to be fixed by holding the tooth T between them. A thickness is adjusted at a turning point 332 at the tip end of the tooth, so as to facilitate bending. When pressure is added from an outer part in the switch 300, a metallic body 221 supported by an O ring 21 is moved. With the pressure of a lower electrode 24, an upper electrode 23 is electrically connected to the lower electrode 24. Consequently a radio chip 320 transmits a radio signal.
