PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bone filler paste from flowing backward in a guide barrel to the other end side and flowing out of the other end. SOLUTION: This injector is provided with the guide barrel 2 having one end part retained at a portion in the bone B to inject the bone filler paste P; the injector 3 inserted from the other end of the guide barrel; a cylinder 4 connected to a base end projecting from the other end of the guide barrel in the injector and storing the bone filler paste; a piston 5 having a head portion 5a fitted to the inner circumferential face 4d of the cylinder and delivering the bone filler paste in the cylinder from the injector by moving the head portion to the injector side; and a seal member 6 formed of an elastic material, fitted around the outer circumferential face 3a on the base end side of the guide barrel in the injector and tightly sealing the other end of the guide barrel by an axial force F operating from the cylinder side to the guide barrel side.
