PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively treat the lower extremity varicose vein in a short period of time. SOLUTION: A normal saline solution S heated to about 80°C is made to flow into a tube 102 inserted to a greater saphenous vein 14, so as to generate heat in the tube 102 and allow the greater saphenous vein 14 to be uniformly cauterized for clogging in a short period of time. An implement to be used is inexpensive, including the tube 102 and an infusion set for adults 104, etc. When compared with an intravascular cautery by radio wave or a laser beam, a treatment is more inexpensively performed in a short period of time.
