PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute the highly reliable inventory management of premiums excellent in effectiveness. SOLUTION: A premium is provided with an information recording part where information capable of specifying each premium is recorded, and a premium put-out machine is provided with a read means for reading the information from the information recording part of each premium housed inside. A control means of this system executes the control of (a) counting the actual stock number of the premiums on the basis of the information read in a read part, (b) calculating an assumed stock number (B=As-P) for which the number (P) of the premiums put out by a put-out means after reference time (Ts) is subtracted from the actual stock number (As) at the reference time (Ts), (c) comparing the actual stock number (Ac) at the time (Tc) of comparison after the reference time (Ts) with the assumed stock number (B) immediately before the time (Tc) of the comparison, and (d) making a reporting means report a compared result as needed.
