PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorbent exhibiting sufficient adsorption and decomposition function of odor or toxic substances and sustaining the effects even in an environment with no light or little light irradiation. SOLUTION: This adsorbent with decomposition function is provided with a core layer including a natural radioactive mineral, a ferroelectric-containing layer covering the core layer and an inorganic adsorbent containing layer covering the ferroelectric-containing layer.
