<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fold a walking aid vehicle in the crosswise direction even when provided with a tabular seat rotational around a crosswise axis and to store in a sufficiently small space while securing a stable sitting posture. <P>SOLUTION: A connecting rod 8 is made rotatable only upward from a horizontal position around a longitudinal axis relative to support bodies 1, seat rods 4 and the seat 6 are made rotatable only upward from the horizontal direction around the crosswise axis using the connecting rod 8 as the center, a reinforcing connecting rod 5 is made rotatable to the back side around the vertical axis relative to the support body 1, and a fixing member 16 fixing the seat 6 and the connecting rod 4 in a position where the both become approximately vertical by the rotation around the crosswise axis is provided. The seat 6 and the connecting rod 4 are rotated around the crosswise axis, when walking, till becoming an approximately vertical position and, when sitting, till the horizontal position. When being stored, the seat 6 and the connecting rod 4 are rotated around the anteroposterior axis to make the supports 1 and 1 close to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
