<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walker allowing a user to easily change the direction with simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: Front wheels 221 and 222 and rear wheels 231 and 232, capable of changing the direction of axles are mounted under a body 21 of the walker. Armrests 26 are mounted on top of supports 241 and 242 attached to the body 21, and projections 271 and 272 projecting upward are mounted on the outside of left and right armrest tables 261 and 262 of the armrests 26. The walker is advanced as the user pushes the walker forward with the elbows and upper arms put on the armrest tables 261 and 262.
