<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire capable of providing two types of illumination with one apparatus and combining direct lighting and indirect lighting. <P>SOLUTION: A cover for indirect lighting is drawn inside or outside from the chain length or a lower light. Study of a design part, the design of the apparatus and intensity of indirect-lighting illumination etc. are considered.
