<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide more information regarding dishes for customers outside a restaurant. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus is equipped with a sellout dish gathering part 38 which gathers the name of a sold-out dish among a plurality of dishes provided in a restaurant 8 in response to user's operation, and a sellout dish distribution part 39 which distributes the sold-out dish name to a display terminal 5 corresponding to the sold-out dish name among a plurality of display terminals 5 while referring to a list 51 corresponding a plurality of display terminal 5 to a plurality of the name of dishes that a plurality of dishes are identified with each other. The display terminal 5 once receiving the sold-out dish name indicates that the dish of the sold-out dish name is sold out on a display device 11 arranged in a showcase 12 in the front of the restaurant 8.
