PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible shoe assembly of a film lap device automatically continuously processible by the stepless replacement, and precisely transferrable to a workpiece surface, by using a step curvature shoe in response to a diameter for making two kinds of works different in the diameter flow together. SOLUTION: The shoe assemblies 2 and 3 have respectively a first shoe assembly 2 forming a plurality of stones 22 having a first fixing circular arc surface 21 fixed to a first surface 23 of a support plate 6 fixed to a support shaft 1, and a second shoe assembly 3 forming a plurality of stones 32 having a second fixing circular arc surface 31 different from the first fixing circular arc surface 21 fixed to a second surface 33 rotated by 180°from the first surface 23 of the support plate 6 fixed to the support shaft 1.
