PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone with a camera capable of suppressing a decrease in the throughput of a control portion to the minimum, and reducing poor reception at a receiving portion without stopping camera operation. SOLUTION: The cellular phone with the camera comprises a divider portion 11 for dividing a CPU clock to generate a camera reference clock, a clock multiplication means for multiplying the camera reference clock generated at the divider portion 11 to generate a camera operation clock, a determination means for determining whether the camera operation clock interferes with a relevant radio channel or not, based on channel information from a radio portion 40, and a camera operation clock generation / switching portion 32 for switching to the camera operation clock of a frequency, which does not interfere with, and for outputting it, if the determination means determines that the generated camera operation clock interferes with the relevant radio channel.
