PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure and analyze PGDN concentration continuously with high sensitivity, and to reduce running costs required for the measurement. SOLUTION: NO<SB>2</SB>is dissociated from PGDN in sample gas, the dissociated NO<SB>2</SB>is reduced to NO, the amount of chemical emission generated by adding ozone O<SB>3</SB>to it and allowing both of them to react is detected, thus measuring and analyzing the concentration of PGDN continuously.
