PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor in which sealing of a compression chamber is sufficiently effected to reduce leakage loss and improve the efficiency by solving the problem wherein since a suction pipe is radially provided, lubricating oil to be fed in suction chambers through a valve-chest in a communication-path from a back-pressure chamber through a suction-chamber communication path is apt to be supplied not to a compression chamber A, but to a compression chamber B due to a sucked gas-flow, and a leak is easy to occur due to insufficient sealing. SOLUTION: A suction-chamber communication path 23 is provided to allow the back pressure chamber 17 to communicate with the compression chamber A of the suction chamber 14. A throttle part is provided in the communication path. Thus, the lubricating oil is positively supplied from the back pressure chamber 17 to the compression chamber A irrespective of the sucked gas-flow, and the compression chamber A can be sufficiently sealed.
