PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner mounting structure with an air cleaner cover capable of being firmly mounted in good appearance and easy to demount and mount during maintenance and inspection. SOLUTION: The air cleaner mounting structure comprises an air cleaner case part 81 continuously provided on a cover body 91 of an engine cover 9, a cleaner element 82 stored therein, and the air cleaner cover 83 for covering the opening of the air cleaner case part 81. Flanges 81f, 83f are formed on overlapped portions of the air cleaner case part 81 and the air cleaner cover 83 and both flanges 81f, 83f of the air cleaner case part 81 and the air cleaner cover 83 are connected in engagement with a slider 10 to be moved in parallel to the overlapped portions.
