PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide water storage facilities for rainwater and the like, which can continue to be safely used over a long period of time, by providing a resin top board which has a high mechanical strength while taking advantage of its characteristics of light weight and easiness of construction, and which is hardly deformed even if used for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The water storage facilities for the rainwater and the like comprise a water storage part which is provided by digging down the ground and whose upper part is opened, a space maintaining skeleton which is arranged in the water storage part and which is constituted by assembling a plurality of resin skeleton blocks, and a covering layer for covering an upper opening of the water storage part.
