PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic positively producing skin beautifying effects for the purpose of ameliorating pigmentation and skin quality which cannot be satisfied by a conventional cosmetic. SOLUTION: The cosmetic effectively exhibits ameliorating effects on the pigmentation and skin quality and produces the skin beautifying effects by formulating an extract from Elaeagnus glabra Thunb.
