PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert type disk case for safely and accurately discharging a disk by simultaneously pushing out both peripheral edge sides of the back of the disk stored in a body. SOLUTION: This insert type disk case comprises a body 1 formed with an internal quadrangle storage space into which or from which a round disk is inserted or discharged through a front opening part, an elliptic hole 2 formed laterally at the back of the body, and laterally movable operation/discharge cam disks 3 each of which is placed on both sides of the long hole and both open space sides at the back of the storage space in a facing manner through a guide part. The inside face of the cam disks 3 pushes the back peripheral edge of the stored disk forward to be discharged while the cam disks 3 come closer to each other laterally through the outer operation of the part exposed outside of the elliptic hole.
