PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaping apparatus equipped with a reaping means for reaping materials to be harvested and a shredding means for shredding the materials which are to be harvested and reaped with the reaping means in a traveling vehicle of an endless track type and designed to thereby shred the materials to a shorter size than that during reaping, carry out harvesting, harvest the shredded materials and harvest a large amount of the materials to be harvested at a time because of a good accumulation efficiency thereof, improve the reaping operation efficiency and ensure good traveling stability even when cultivated land is muddy during the harvesting with the traveling vehicle of the endless track type effective for moving on the non-tillage land or mud. SOLUTION: The apparatus is equipped with the reaping means 30 for reaping the materials 2 which are to be harvested and cultivated in the cultivated land and the shredding means 36 for shredding the materials which are to be harvested and reaped with the reaping means 30 in the traveling vehicle 4 of the endless track type 3.
