PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel driving method, a panel driving device and a display panel. SOLUTION: This panel driving method is provided with a phase to determine an image output mode, a phase to drive by sequential scanning system in case of a first mode, and a phase to drive by an interlace scanning system, when it is a second mode, in order to drive a display panel having a sequential scanning electrode structure. In a display panel of a sequential scanning electrode structure, it can be operated by a sequential scanning system in which a high resolution can be realized with a desired image output mode, or by an interlace system in which a high luminance can be realized.
