An arrangement comprising a noise source (1) generating three-dimensional low frequency noise, a control section (9) for observing three-dimensional low frequency noise and producing a sound-eliminating wave for the three-dimensional low frequency noise, and a speaker (2) outputting a sound-eliminating wave, the speaker (2) being disposed substantially vertically above or below the noise source (1). Such arrangement makes it possible to effectively reduce three-dimensional low frequency noise by using a simple arrangement.
