A rotor where the center of gravity of the weight of the shape of a cross-section perpendicular to the rotating axis of the rotor does not match the rotation center of the rotor. This is made so that imbalance moment of the rotor is smaller and vibration does not occur even in high rotation speed with a simple structure. A balance weight is fixed to axially one end of the rotor to reduce imbalance moment of the rotor, or balance weights are fixed to axially both ends of the rotor, or the outermost peripheral section of the balance weight, in a cross-section perpendicular to the axis of the balance weight, is within a semi-circle whose radius is the length from the outer periphery to the rotation center of the rotor, or the shape of a cross-section perpendicular to the axis of the balance weight is symmetrical relative to a specific line normal to the axis of the balance weight. The above rotor is used as a screw rotor.
|
