<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a smooth service of multi-hop communication by providing a private communication terminal or private access point as a relay unit for others' communication. <P>SOLUTION: In a radio communication system, when a function and resources of an own terminal are provided as the relay unit for the others' communication, a point is added according to a part to have offered, a privilege is acquired, each user becomes easy to offer multi-hop communication with private terminal or private access point.
