<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact communication media so formed that if an unauthorized person tries to peel it off a product, it helps its antenna to deform, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The noncontact communication media comprises a substrate 10; an antenna pattern 20 provided on the substrate 10; an IC chip 30 mounted on the substrate 10 in such a way as to connect with the antenna pattern 20; and an adhesive layer 40 provided either on the side of the substrate 10 on which the IC chip 30 is mounted or the side opposite to the side on which the IC chip 30 is mounted. The substrate 10 is provided with a slit 60. If an unauthorized person tries to peel off a tape module 100 affixed to the product via the adhesive layer 40, the substrate 10 can be elongated, ruptured, etc., starting from the slit 60, to help the antenna pattern 20 formed on the substrate 10 to be deformed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
