<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized steam generator with such a shape as can be easily set in a narrow space, to be easily mounted on a bathtub which is generally used at home. <P>SOLUTION: The steam generator 11 has a tank 30, which has both side wall surfaces S1 and S2. A heater 37 is mounted at a prescribed position under one side wall surface S1, and an outlet hose 41 connects a circulation port 31a disposed at a prescribed position under the other side wall surface S2 and a jet nozzle 36 disposed above the port. A circulation pump 40 is inserted into the outlet hose 41 for pumping up warm water in the tank 30 and jetting the warm water into the tank 30 through the jet nozzle 36. A separator 73 for separating gas and liquid is mounted at the center on top of the tank 30. Further, an intake 71 for sucking outside air is formed at a position on the jet nozzle 36 side on top of the tank 30 and a spout 72 for spouting steam is formed at a position on the opposite side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
