<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk drive equipped with a micromotor, of which the speed and the driving power are higher than those of a conventional one respectively and the step size is minimal. <P>SOLUTION: The micromotor is provided with a plurality of electrodes on one surface and counter electrodes are provided on the other surface, respectively.
