<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casing for optical components, an optical apparatus and a projector which can be miniaturized and manufactured at reduced costs. <P>SOLUTION: The casing for optical components is provided with a lower casing wherein a plurality of optical components are installed, a cap-like upper casing 472 for closing the lower casing, and an optical components holding frame 446 for holding an incident side polarizing plate and an angle-of-field correcting plate and arranging them in a prescribed position in the lower casing. An optical components holding frame supporting surface 4471A for rotatably supporting the optical components holding frame 446 is formed on the top face of the upper casing 472. The optical components holding frame 446 is provided with a polarizing plate holding frame 4461 for holding the incident side polarizing plate and a correcting plate holding frame 4462 for holding the angle-of-field correcting plate. And, the polarizing plate holding frame 4461 is constituted so as to slide on the optical components holding frame supporting surface 4471A of the upper casing 472, and also, the polarizing plate holding frame 4461 is provided with a rotating guiding surface 4461B2 for rotatably supporting the correcting plate holding frame 4462. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
