MANUFACTURING LINE FOR HOT-ROLLED WIRE ROD

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing line for a hot-rolled wire rod on which an in-line type heating device for quickly and uniformly reheating the wire rod to a prescribed heating temperature in a wire rod rolling line.

SOLUTION: A direct heating type device with which a ring-like hot-rolled wire rod is reheated while keeping the shape is arranged on the midway between a coiling device and a binding device and a slow cooling means by which a coil-like hot-rolled wire rod bound with the binding device is cooled is provided successively to the binding device.
