<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workflow system for automating business processes rendered necessary as events take place and that can implement processes with flexibility to match the actual business. <P>SOLUTION: The workflow system for automating the flow of business using a computer includes an event input means for an operator to input the occurrence of an event and the kind of the event; an event table in which the kind of each event is matched with the kind of form which may need to be generated for each kind of event; a form extraction means for searching the event table to extract the kind of form that may need to be generated when the event of the kind inputted by the event input means takes place; and a necessary form presentation means for presenting the form of the kind extracted by the form extraction means to the operator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
