摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor capable of reducing a short-circuited flux of a magnet and securing a centrifugal force resistance property. SOLUTION: The motor comprises a stator 10 and a rotor 30. The rotor 30 comprises a plurality of rotor magnetic poles each composed of the same constitution of the rotor magnetic pole 31. The rotor magnetic pole 31 is composed of a rotor core 3, air gaps 4A, 4B and 4C, and permanent magnets 5A, 5B. The permanent magnets 5A, 5B are inserted into a magnet insertion hole 8. The rotor core 3 comprises holding parts 3A, 3B, 3C 3D and 3E, and magnetic poles 3F, 3G and 3H. The holding parts 3A, 3B are arranged so as to contact with the air gaps 4A, 4B, respectively. The holding part 3A, 3B are higher than the magnetic poles 3F, 3G and 3H in heights. The holding part 3A, 3B resist against centrifugal forces of the permanent magnets 5A, 5B that are generated by the rotation of the rotor 30 circumferentially DR1, and hold the permanent magnets 5A, 5B, respectively.
