PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently generate highly precise contents. SOLUTION: A content generating device for generating contents based upon input information from a user has a query generating means of generating a query for retrieving metadata in which features of an object are described based upon the input information, a matching means of matching metadata based upon specification information of the object included in the metadata extracted with the query generated by the query generating means, and a content generating means of generating contents from the object obtained by the matching means.
