PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat developable photographic material free of the occurrence of unevenness in spite of so-called good sharpness and having improved moisture resistance particularly as a material for printing and platemaking. SOLUTION: In the heat developable photographic material which has a photosensitive layer containing organic silver salt grains, silver halide grains, and a reducing agent on a support and is imagewise exposed to light of≤500 nm wavelength, a moisture-proof layer consisting of latex and a wax emulsion is located as an outermost layer on the photosensitive layer side and the glossiness of the moisture-proof layer is 15-35.
