PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening device capable of securing water tightness of the lower part of but seem frames of a inner screen to smoothly drain water intruded in the frame of the inner screen. SOLUTION: An external screen 3 is provided in a fixed condition or to be slidably openable/closable at both sides in the frame 2 formed of the upper frame 2a, lower frame 2b, and the right and left vertical frames 2c, and a pair of right and left internal screens 4 are provided to be slidably openable/closable at the central part in the frame 2, the upper face 12 of the lower frame 2b is formed to be substantially flat face, a hanging piece 13 is formed in the outdoor side lower part of the inner screen 4, a guide groove 15 guiding the hanging piece 13 is formed at the upper face of the lower frame 2b, a lateral air tight material 27 sealing the gap of the hanging piece 13 is provided in the guide groove 15. A butt seam frame air tight material 28 sealing the gap of the butt seam frame 5d is provided in the indoor side of the butt seam frame 5d forming the butt section of the inner screen 4. The butt seam frame lower part air tight material 29 connecting the butt seam frame vertical air tight material 28 and the lateral air tight material 27 is provided in the lower part between the butt seam frames 5d.
