PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home fitness equipment with various types of projections for sole finger-pressure which can be assembled/disassembled many times on desired places of rear parts of a footwear such as slippers and sandals which are open in the heel parts. SOLUTION: The main body 2 of a first surface fastener on which a hook and loop fastener part 2a is formed, has a special shape so that it can be attached to any desired place of the base 4a of the footwear 4 such as slippers which are open in the heel parts. One adhesive surface 6a of a double sided adhesive tape 6 is attached to the bottom face 2b of the main body 2 of the first hook and loop fastener. A release sheet 8 is detachably attached on the adhesive surface of the open side of the double sided adhesive tape 6. A hook and loop fastener part 14b is formed on one side of the main body 14 of the second surface fastener. The other surface 14a of the main body 14 of a second hook and loop fastener is attached integrally on the back of a finger-pressure plate 10 on which projections 12 for sole finger-pressure are formed.
