PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet type heating molding having superior integrity with a permeable sheet and an impermeable sheet and having favorable heating characteristics and texture. SOLUTION: The permeable sheet 3 and the impermeable sheet 4 are superimposed on the both sides of a heating sheet 2 which includes oxidizable metal, water retaining agent and fibrous matters and has a breaking length of 100-4000 m and a plurality of recessed/projecting parts 11 and 12 are formed on their surfaces by embossing. The height difference between the recessed/projecting parts 11 and 12 is preferably 0.3-5 mm. Preferably, the heating sheet 2 has components other than the fibrous matters, of 50 wt.% or more.
