PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rice and barley preparing delivery equipment constituted so that the treatment capacity of a stone removing machine 104 or a grain sorter 105 is lowered by the dust mixed in a material to be treated and that lowering of the quality of the product by excessively mixing dust in a product is prevented. SOLUTION: This finish winnowing device is arranged on the upper side of the stone removing machine 104 so as to receive the supply of husked grains taken out of a shaking sorter or a different kind sorter as a material to be treated and equipped with a mechanism for removing relatively small light dust contained in the material to be treated from the material to be treated in a process wherein the material to be treated falls in the outside casing 37 surrounding the outer periphery of the winnowing device.
