There are included a storage part (16) for storing transmitted and received e-mails; a control part (19) for detecting, among the e-mails stored in the storage part (16), the e-mails of a person designated by an operating part (6); and a display part (1) for displaying in a time sequence a list of the e-mails of the designated person detected by the control part (19). In this way, a list, in which the e-mails received from and transmitted to the designated person are coexistent, can be displayed in a time sequence, thereby giving the user an at-a-glance picture showing how the e-mails were exchanged between the user and the designated person.
