Attachment has a bottleneck shape and is designed to be secured to the top of the can via a liquid-tight joint so that the can contents are drunk from the mouth of the bottleneck. The attachment has a spiral or round layer of ice and/or flavoring formed by freezing water, alcoholic drinks or other flavorings so that the can contents become cooled and/or flavored. The frozen layer is formed by placing the attachment on top of a mold, filling the space between the attachment and mold with e.g. water, freezing and then removing the mold to leave an attachment with a frozen layer on the inside. The attachment is made from plastic, metal, glass, rubber or plasticized paper or cardboard.
