摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a metal separator for a fuel cell in which distortions caused by rolling-out of a metal plate are enabled to be corrected by means of a simple post-process after uneven-shaped gas flow-paths are press-molded to a metallic thin plate, and improve the power generation performance of the fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the metal separator 1 for the fuel cell in which oblong uneven-shaped gas flow-paths to supply an anode gas or a cathode gas is molded at respective electrodes of anode and cathode to pinch an electrolyte, this is the manufacturing method of the metal separator for the fuel cell provided with a first process in which the oblong uneven-shaped gas flow-paths 2 are press-molded at the center part by leaving peripheral parts 3 at the right and left as well as the top and bottom of the metal plate and a second process in which peripheral parts 3b to become parallel with the longitudinal direction of the gas flow-paths are fixed and a tensile force is added in the same direction X as the rolling direction Y by the press only to the peripheral parts 3a orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the gas flow-paths 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
