Disclosed is a magnetizing apparatus for the magnetic rotor of an induction motor with a supplementary magnetic rotor comprising an outer magnetizer arranged at an outer circumferential surface of the magnetic rotor; an inner magnetizer arranged at an inner circumferential surface of the magnetic rotor, for and a power supply for supplying a power to the outer magnetizer and to the inner magnetizer. The magnetic rotor is simultaneously magnetized from outer and inner circumferential surfaces, so that the magnetization of the magnetic rotor is increased and a motor efficiency is enhanced.
