PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swing bearing lubricated with high reliability without needing the periodic supply of grease and easily machined in comparison with the conventional technology. SOLUTION: This swing bearing 11 is provided with an inner ring 12 fixed to the base carrier 1 side and having an internal gear 12B meshed with a drive pinion 9B; an outer ring 16 fixed to the revolving super structure side 2, surrounding the inner ring 12 so as to provide a grease supply clearance; and a large number of rolling elements 20 and spacers 21 accommodated between the inner ring 12 and the outer ring 16. A grease lead-in port 14A is formed to take in grease reaching an upper part after lubricating the mesh part of the drive pinion 9B and internal gear 12B. Plastic grease is filled in the spacers 21 to supply the grease from the outer peripheral parts, and the contact parts of the rolling elements with the inner ring 12 and outer ring 16 are lubricated without circulating the grease supplied into the grease supply clearance, to a grease bath 15, thereby dispensing with the periodic supply of grease. |
